→ half of the price will be paid in advance, the other half will be paid after model will be finished

→ commissioner will receive .PMX file as main format 
 

→ always credit me (ShinigamiMMD/ShinMMD) for creating model

→ I require at least a FRONT and a BACK view of the desired character

→ I don't have my own style, so I always try to mimic reference, so in which style you send me reference, in that style I'll try to make it!!

→ please do not redistribute the model or reuse parts to make different characters, don't resell models or parts (if you want, let me know) 

→ my commissions are not chosen first-come-first serve and I don't take deadline commissions

→ I don't make copyrighted characters (from anime, manga, game etc.). I can only make outfit or accessories to your chracter as "cosplay"

→ the character have to belong to you or you have to have permission from the owner

→ maximum 1 fullmodel and 1 extra outfit per person in one commission

→ completion time of one fullmodel is about 3 -6 months when your turn comes

→ I always work on one model and before completion I'll contact the next person on waiting list

 

→ I use VRoid for bases (I heavily edit it), everything else is made in Blender (it's 90% from scratch)

→ no refunds unless I personally cannot finish your commission for any reason
